Our transition plan sets out key milestones and activity required to mobilise the building smoothly and on time. Led by our department heads, the team is fully briefed and trained on all aspects of the services provided. Then the plan is presented to the client during weekly catchup meetings to review progress and gain feedback. Generally this takes place over a 4 week timeframe.
