Consolidated recognize that OUR PEOPLE are our biggest ASSET and that investing in them, is investing back into the Company.

For many years now, we have delivered our highly successful PATHWAYS PROGRAM, managed by our People & Culture Department, to develop on-site team members identified as the leaders of tomorrow.

The training program is completed over a six-month period covering managerial development topics. Our program results see participants demonstrating competency in areas such as emotional intelligence, differences in personal values, conflict management, communication skills, workplace risks & safety, training and leadership.

This program enables Consolidated to plan for succession, allowing seamless business growth when new business is contracted.
