High Five Award Program
Consolidated’s ‘High Five’ Award Program gives us the opportunity to recognise and reward individual team members for their outstanding efforts.
The Award is judged using 5 key principles including: ATTITUDE, RELIABILITY, CONSISTENCY, PERFORMANCE and RESPONSIBILITY. All Award winners go into the running to be crowned ‘Employee of the Year’ which is presented at our Annual Christmas Celebrations across all States.
