Incident Injury Reporting

Incident/Injury Report Forms are located on each site.

Every incident, 'near miss' and hazard identified must be recorded and reported to Head Office.

By consulting and communicating with management and staff on site, each incident is investigated and controls are put in place to ensure the safety of all personnel, and that the incident does not occur again.

These reports are also mapped and analysed to identify any historical trends which might be found over time. Action plans or training is then completed to combat these trends.

Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
