CONSOLIDATED recognises its moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees, contractors, customers and visitors. This commitment also extends to ensuring that the organisation's operations do not place the local community at risk of injury, illness or property damage.

In accordance with the company’s commitment to safety and ‘continual improvement’, CONSOLIDATED’s Safety Committee meets on a quarterly basis. Agenda items include reviews of Site Safety Inspections and Tool Box meeting recommendations.

Scheduled performance reviews also include revision and training in workplace health and safety.
