Induction Process
Prior to commencement of employment with CONSOLIDATED, all employees must complete our induction & pre-employment training program.
The CONSOLIDATED induction video 'It’s All About Safety' reinforces the company’s strong emphasis on Occupational Health & Safety and the Environment. The induction process ensures that the necessary competencies, skills and/or qualifications and training needs are identified prior to employment.
Elements of the induction include;
- Code of professional conduct
- Emergency evacuation procedures
- Environmental management & sustainability
- Hazard identification & risk management
- Incident / Injury Management Reporting
- Manual handling
- Safe work practices
- Mandatory pre-employment training
- Protocols & client property
- Workplace safety rules
As part of the Induction process, inductees must also participate in pre-employment 'hands on' training conducted at our fully equipped Head Office training facility.
Each applicant must then demonstrate competency by successfully completing the CONSOLIDATED Induction Questionnaire, before being approved for employment.
