CONSOLIDATED understands that its success depends on the employment of honest and reliable people. To assist this process our Human Resources (HR) Manager facilitates an effective recruitment, selection and induction process. Applicants must meet the following selection criteria:

  • Good communication skills
  • Good of personal presentation
  • Motivation to deliver a quality service
  • Previous experience (preferred, but not essential)
  • The ability to participate as an active team member
  • A desire to develop both personally & professionally
  • Willingness to participate in training programs

The HR Manager monitors staff moral through the following Key Performance Indicators being reported to the Board for analysis on a monthly basis:

  • Workcover
  • Sick leave
  • Staff turnover
  • Staff feedback
  • Team meetings
  • Recognition & reward
  • Service awards

Our managers are trained to cultivate open and honest relationships with our staff. The positive effect of this approach is high staff morale and low staff turnover.
